
The Sounding Rocket System (SORS), developed by DELTAV and based on hybrid rocket technology, is one of the world’s most capable and largest sounding rockets. Thanks to its hybrid architecture, SORS offers safe, cost-effective operation and multiple re-ignition capability, providing significant advantages over existing sounding rocket systems. SORS has successfully conducted more than 10 launches, including its first flight in December 2020. Having completed all demonstration tests, SORS is now ready for commercial use.
